term tests and assignments review

I was totally forgot the SLOG thing,it has been a really busy month,lots of assignments to do,lots of tests,and ,yes,final is almost here.

I thought I was doing good for test1,but the mark is not good eventually,because TA or Prof.  was marking test #1 very strictly. I think my answer is logically correct, but missing induction hypothesis is the most important thing. When I finished Test 1, I thought I will get over 90%, but right now only 50%. Honestly, I do not accept this mark and could not understand why the small mistake will effect so serious. However, after that, I will consider the detail things next time.

For test #2, it is not that hard,except the last question,I had no idea how to do that one,so I just left it blank. The questions are more difficult than Test #1, but I got higher mark. I got perfect in every question except for the last one. I feel I made the improvement this time. I hope I can do it better in final.

Overall, I am a little worried about my final mark since my assignment marks were not that good. Assignments always hard to get perfect although I made effort on them. I suggested the assignments should be easier next semester.

Hello,everyone!

I just received email from Prof.Heap, and realized today is the due day for sending the URL to prof.

I missed first two weeks class due to medical reason, but after I reviewed lecture notes, I thought this course is very similar with CSC165, but CSC236 is harder then CSC165. Although I did very average in CSC165, but I believe I will get better grade for this course. I like the way we doing our quizes every week, because we discuss questions before we doing it,that's the easy mark!

We just finished assignment#1 last week, and there's 2 more to go. The first question is very similar with the one we did during tutorial, so I didn't spend much time on it. I think I did my Q4 wrong, I don't really know the way do it.

The first test is almost here,hope it is not that hard.
